Cancellation
Please note that order cancellations are only possible before the fabric has been cut. We guarantee a 12-hour grace period before we cut the fabric, during which you can cancel your order free of charge.
Once the 12-hour grace period is complete, your order is considered non-refundable, but you are still welcome to get in touch with us in case the fabric has yet to be cut – in which case we may be able to offer you a refund.
Changes
Changes to your choice of fabric are possible before the fabric has been cut. We guarantee a 12-hour grace period before we cut the fabric, during which you can change your choice of fabric. Changes to the same fabric class are offered free of charge within the 12 hour grace period. Changes to other fabric classes, changes to a suit’s construction, or to add/remove a vest (waistcoat) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any changes made to your order do not ‘reset’ the 12-hour grace period.
Currency FX Rate
Please note that your order will be billed in THB, even if displayed on the Suits Done Right website in a different currency for your reference. If the currency tied to your card is not THB, you may be charged a FX fee by your card issuer.
Likewise, if you proceed with an order cancellation, the amount refunded in your local currency may not be the same as the amount paid in your local currency.
Shipping
When you order garments from abroad, the garments will normally go through customs in your country. This means that you may incur a tax payment before your garments will be released to you by your country’s customs office.
To avoid complications such as this, Suits Done Rights offers import tax inclusive free shipping to several destinations around the world. This means that your garments will arrive at your doorstep as the taxes are prepaid. We use a courier service for all orders, which means your garments will usually arrive by a courier service such as FedEx, DHL Express or UPS.

The Fit
In cases where you order multiple garments, we may propose to send you one or two samples to try on first, so that we can understand what sort of fit is comfortable for you. It is at your discretion to accept this offer. There is no additional cost for this.
In case you believe your ordered garment does not fit you well, please get in touch with us within one month of receiving your order. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. For example, we may propose that you send us back the garment for alteration, wherein we would compensate you for the shipping costs. It depends on the required adjustments, but we always try to keep our customers satisfied!
Fabric Colour
Please note that the colour of the physical fabric may differ to what is depicted on your screen. If you are concerned about the colour of the physical fabric, then you are welcome to get in touch with us prior to placing your order for clarification. Kindly note that all orders are non-refundable and your fabric choice is non-changeable once the fabric has been cut.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, your order may be cancelled or delayed.
Fabric Availability
In rare cases, the fabric you have chosen may be out of stock before we are able to process your order. In cases such as these, we will always try to work with you to choose alternative fabric options and/or process the cancellation of the order if you are not satisfied with alternative fabric options.
